Italian animation studio Rainbow has introduced Winx Club & Friends, its first themed subscription channel available through Prime Video.
The new SVoD offering is already live in the UK, Italy, France, Finland and Sweden, allowing viewers to subscribe directly via Prime Video. The channel brings together a selection of Rainbow’s best-known franchises in a single ad-free, on-demand environment designed for fans of the studio’s animated series.
At launch, the service features popular titles including Winx Club, World of Winx, Huntik: Secrets & Seekers, Maggie & Bianca: Fashion Friends, Regal Academy and PopPixie, alongside related films and early seasons of these programmes.
Rainbow said the catalogue will continue to expand with new episodes, series and films added each month. The company also plans to introduce content from partner studios over time, positioning the channel as a broader entertainment hub for younger audiences.
According to Rainbow, the launch represents a step in its strategy to strengthen direct relationships with viewers and explore new distribution models while extending the reach of its flagship franchises.
