Deutsche Telekom has expanded the FAST offering on its German platform MagentaTV with the addition of seven new channels.
The newly introduced channels include Top True Crime, Terra Mater Wild, Spiegel TV, Royalworld, Top SCI-FI, Naruto and Grjngo. According to the company, the expansion strengthens MagentaTV’s growing free ad-supported streaming portfolio.
The new channels cover a broad range of genres. Top True Crime focuses on real-life criminal investigations and case studies, while Terra Mater Wild offers wildlife and nature programming. Spiegel TV delivers documentary features and political reporting. Royalworld centres on royal families and historical monarchy-related content. Top SCI-FI is dedicated to science fiction and fantasy titles, Naruto brings popular anime content to viewers, and Grjngo showcases Western films and series.
This latest expansion follows Telekom’s initial FAST rollout in December 2025, when it launched four channels from Mainstream Media — KultKrimi, Telenovela ZDF, World of Freesports and Filmgold — marking its first major move into the ad-supported streaming space. Shortly afterwards, the company added two more channels from Sportdigital, Scooore and Landlust TV.
Deutsche Telekom has outlined plans to further develop its FAST catalogue, targeting around 40 channels by mid-2026, spanning categories such as film, entertainment, documentaries, sports and lifestyle.
