VGW, the interactive entertainment company behind a portfolio of online social gaming brands, has entered into a long-term partnership with WWE. The agreement brings together VGW’s gaming ecosystem and WWE’s influential entertainment franchise to develop new experiences for players and fans across the United States.

Under this deal, VGW will be able to leverage WWE’s worldwide reach and its roster of Superstar talent to build dedicated campaigns and original content. The collaboration provides access to WWE performers for production sessions, visibility across WWE’s digital and social media platforms, and on-air integration throughout WWE broadcasts. VGW’s brands will also receive premium placement during major WWE programmes such as SmackDown, as well as at flagship events including WrestleMania and SummerSlam.

“WWE has created one of the most passionate fan bases in entertainment,” said Ben Whitford, Chief Marketing Officer at VGW. “This partnership gives us the opportunity to bring together VGW’s enthusiasm for gaming with WWE’s legendary storytelling. We’re excited to craft standout campaigns and distinctive player experiences, while offering our community fresh ways to engage.”

Jesse Tomares, WWE’s Vice President of Global Partnerships, added: “VGW has cultivated a remarkably active player community. By combining their interactive entertainment know-how with WWE’s global platform, we can offer year-round premium experiences across multiple channels. This collaboration opens up new avenues for both audiences to connect.”

The initiative is scheduled to roll out in the coming weeks, with several joint campaigns already underway.
