DAZN Introduces €4.99 Multisport Streaming Package in Spain

0

Sports streaming platform DAZN has launched DAZN GO in Spain, introducing a new subscription package starting at €4.99 per month. The offering aims to make premium sports content more accessible by combining selected events from football, motorsport, basketball and American football under a lower-cost subscription.

The launch marks a further expansion of DAZN’s pricing strategy in the Spanish market, targeting sports fans who want access to a variety of competitions without committing to the platform’s more comprehensive and expensive packages.

Football is a central component of DAZN GO, with access to selected LaLiga EA Sports matches alongside complete coverage of LaLiga Hypermotion, Spain’s second division. The package also includes Liga F, Primera Federación and selected matches from major European leagues, including the Premier League, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1.

Motorsport fans can watch selected Formula 1 and MotoGP sessions and races, while NASCAR and WorldSBK are included with full coverage. The offering brings together several prominent international racing competitions within a single subscription.

Basketball also features in the new package, with selected NBA and Liga Endesa games available to subscribers. In addition, DAZN GO includes NFL content, further diversifying the service’s sports portfolio.

The new subscription is available through three pricing structures:

Subscription option Price
Annual plan, paid upfront €54.99 per year
Monthly payments with annual commitment €4.99 per month
Flexible monthly subscription €7.99 per month

The distinction between DAZN GO and the company’s higher-priced plans lies primarily in the extent of coverage. While the new package provides access to several major sporting competitions, some events are available only on a selected basis rather than through complete broadcasting schedules.

The introduction of DAZN GO reflects the increasing segmentation of the sports streaming market, where operators are developing more flexible subscription models to appeal to different audience groups and spending preferences.

By combining multiple sports in an entry-level package, DAZN is seeking to broaden its subscriber base in Spain while maintaining its premium subscriptions for customers looking for more extensive live sports coverage.
